Will provide money management training and encourage participation in all scheduled workshops.

Will educate on interview and work appropriate attire. This will include context knowledge of why it is important and how it matters long term to stay consistent.

Will teach transportation route planning, entry level computer skills, and goal setting in daily life and workplace.

Situational Assessment
Will work with consumer to obtain an understanding on their interests, likes, dislikes and pertinent skills for job placement.
Applying for Jobs
Advisors will work with consumers on networking, understand how to apply, follow up and interview.
Informational Conversation
Will accompany consumers in approaching interested job establishments to establish a rapport.
Interview Training
Advisors will mock role interviews with consumers to practice and train on what works, and what may need improvement.
